Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The bathrooms weren’t up to standard, with no hot water on the first day of my arrival. Some of the shower heads were missing, and a few of the toilet doors didn’t close properly. It was frustrating to have such basic amenities malfunction during what was supposed to be a relaxing visit.

Staying here was a delightful experience! The friendly staff made my solo trip effortless, helping arrange shuttles. The quiet location allowed for restful nights, and I was just a short walk from the surf at Playa Carmen. The spacious community kitchen was spotless, enhancing my stay further.

The room was very nice with a comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. The hot shower worked perfectly, and I appreciated the cleanliness throughout my stay. Juan, the manager, provided fantastic assistance whenever I needed help. The vibrant co-working space had a great setup and reliable internet. I also enjoyed the community kitchen, which was tidy and equipped for easy meal prep.

However, the bathrooms could benefit from some upgrading, as I experienced issues with fixtures.

The atmosphere is charming and the pool is a lovely spot to unwind after a day of surf. However, noisy maintenance issues and inconsistent WiFi make it challenging to work comfortably, and the limited bathroom access can be frustrating. Despite these setbacks, the vibrant community is appealing.

The small room with a shared bathroom was adequate for our needs during our 22-night stay. Conveniently located just a short walk from the beach and a supermarket, the proximity to both was a huge plus. Enjoying the well-maintained community kitchen was a delight, especially given that it was cleaned daily. the coworking space was often overcrowded but the location is amazing just a short walk to the beach. staff were friendly and helpful. enjoyed the tasty breakfast options and the beautiful common areas.

the location of socialtel is fantastic with easy beach access right across the road. restaurants, surf schools, and a supermarket are all within a 5-minute walk. the staff are super helpful and made my stay even better. loved having laundry service so close!

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the comfortable bed and the well-maintained community kitchen. Relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool and accessing the beach was a highlight of my trip. The only downside was the limited bathrooms. it could get a bit crowded during busy times. 😊
